Copy of depositions and Crown Brief Rex v. Shinkichi Sakurada for the murder of Noakichi Watanabe. Sakurada was the beneficiary of Watanabe's life insurance. Occurred in Vancouver. Witnesses include a number of Japanese Canadians, including K. Asano, Sam Oki, Bunshiro Fugino, Matasubura Uchida, Meinsosuke Ishiawa, Yamashita, Tada Ichi Nagao, Harry Keno, Tasaburo Ishii, T. Hitomi, Takichi Shimada, Kiyoti Ijzuka, Mrs. Kameno Ueda, and Tadasu Ide.
