Rex v Nyshimura
R v Nyshimura, [1920] 2 WWR 994
Nyshimura was accused of earning income through participation in activities related
to prostitution, namely the escorting of men to the room of a prostitute who was living
at the hotel he worked at. Justice Elwood delivered the verdict, dismissing the charge.
