Suzuki v Ionian Leader (The)

Suzuki et al v ‘Ionian Leader,’ [1950] 3 DLR 790
A ship, the Ionian Leader, had been stranded in the Fraser River and had expelled oil, damaging the fishing nets of the plaintiffs. The court found that the expellation should not have occurred, and that the defendant was liable on that basis.
