Tokichi Tanaka and Seiroku Kojima were accused of “conspiracy to commit an indictable offence”; they declared that Seiroku Kojima (born in Japan) was born in Steveston, BC, in order to obtain a birth certificate and passport. Witnesses included Kenzo Kojima.
