Thus, the title document lists George Carpenter administrator of the estate of Sarah Carpenter as having 2/3 interest (she already had 1/2 interest, and on the transfer document, received another 1/6 interest from the estate of Paul Carpenter). This would have left the estate of Paul Carpenter with 1/3 interest, making it clear that the interest between 211465L and 211466L does add up to one whole, but it is not clear what purpose this served.

211720L:

George Carpenter consolidates all interest in the property as the administrator of both Paul and Sarah Carpenter, and sells it to a third party.
