SS. “Woron” ([1926] 4 D.L.R. 339), which dismissed a motion stating that the Exchequer Court had no jurisdiction over a dispute arising from admiralty law.  Audette J. allowed the appeal, finding that ' The jurisdiction of the Exchequer Court on its Admiralty side cannot be wider than it was at the time of the passage of the Colonial Courts of Admiralty Act, 1890, unless supplemented by clear and express legislative provisions.'</desc>
