Appeal of the Reference Re Deportation of the Japanese ([1946] SCR 248), regarding PC orders 7355, 7356 and 7357. Their lordships canvassed the various arguments brought by the appellants before concluding that: "[T]heir Lordships find themselves in agreement with the conclusion at which Rinfret C.J. and Kerwin and Taschereau JJ. arrived, and for the reasons they have expressed will humbly advise His Majesty that none of the Orders in Council is in any respect ultra vires and that the appeal should be dismissed (593)."
