Sale of his lot, municipality of Maple Ridge Lot 11 of Lot 276, G; 1, Map 3359, District of New Westminster, C. of T. 165839E.

In 1932 I paid $1000.00 for this 10 acres of uncleared lot, and built 20' x 20' house on it. Since then 4½ acres has been cleared which quite a expence. In 1941 I made an 20' x 14' addition to the house.

To clear the lot it cost him $300.00 acre average.

Sale of this lot for only $562.00 is not justified. I hereby lodge protest against this sale.
