John Clement

J.W. Clement was Manager and Secretary of Clement Consulting Services, Ltd. (est. 1947) This agency created a report on the sale of agricultural property, consulting records from various co-ops, canneries, and the Soldier Settlement Board, for the Bird Commission.
This report can be found here: RG33-69 vol. 78 General Exhibits 1-63 and list. Prior to his position with Clement Consulting Services, Clement was engaged with M.C. Electric Railway Company in the agricultural extension department. (RG33-69 vol 77 file general evidence 1 Feb - 4 Feb, 1949)
He held a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture from UBC (1942), where his father was Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture. He was a member of the Agricultural Institute of Canada and the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He was involved in the hearing for the Bird Commission claim for the Deep Bay Logging Company and E.
