She was born on 18 May 1923. Her family includes Haruyo Eyemoto (mother; nee Haruyo Muramoto), and Mankichi Eyemoto (father). Her home address is listed as P.O. Box 341, 2346 Bonson Road, Pitt Meadows, BC. She was forcibly uprooted to Arnaud, MB and she was exiled to Japan on 17 June 1946.
