She was born on 6 May 1924. She was a maid employed by Dr. Borden, 4715 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC. Her family includes Haru Fujino (mother; nee Haru Yoshihara), and Sanzaemon Fujino (father). Her home address is listed as 1951 West 3rd Avenue, Vancouver, BC. She was forcibly uprooted to Slocan, BC and she was exiled to Japan on 2 August 1946.
