He was born on 7 October 1922. He was a labourer employed by B.C. Pulp Company, Woodfibre, BC. His family includes Kane Fujisaki (mother; nee Kane Hirahara), and Keichi Fujisaki (father). His home address is listed as 130 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC. He was forcibly uprooted to Lemon Creek, BC and he was exiled to Japan on 2 August 1946.
