His family includes Shiga Higo (mother; nee Shiga Hamasaki), Heijiro Higo (father), Sumiye Higo (wife; nee Sumiye Sako), Kayoko Higo (daughter), and Noriyoshi Higo (son). Ocean Falls, BC is listed as a former address. He was forcibly uprooted to North Kamloops, BC and was exiled to Japan on 24 December 1946.
