Her family includes Zenshiro Nobuhara (husband), Sakae Nobuhara (daughter), Ken Nobuhara (son), Fumiko Nobuhara (daughter), Matsuno Akagi (mother), and Tomekichi Akagi (father; former name Tomokichi Yamashita). Her home address is listed as Clow Road, Rural Road #3, New Westminster, BC. She was forcibly uprooted to Bay Farm, BC and she was exiled to Japan on 17 June 1946.
