Her family includes Zenshiro Nobuhara (husband), Sakae Nobuhara (daughter), Ken Nobuhara (son), Fumiko Nobuhara (daughter), Matsuno Akagi (mother), and Tomekichi Akagi (father; former name Tomokichi Yamashita). Her home address is listed as Clow Road, Rural Route No. 3, New Westminster, BC. She was forcibly uprooted to Bay Farm, BC and she was exiled to Japan on 17 June 1946.
