He was born on 5 February 1890. He was a mill worker. His family includes Hatsue Tanigawa (wife; in Japan). Prince Rupert, BC is listed as a former address. He was forcibly uprooted to Camp B21, Pyramid, BC and Blue River, BC. He was exiled to Japan on 31 May 1946.
