His family includes Ruchich Tsutsui [possibly Ruchichi Tsutsui] (father) and Teru Tsutsui (mother; nee Teru Nakano). His home address is listed as 175 Maple Street, Chemainus, BC. He was forcibly uprooted to Minto City, BC and exiled to Japan on17 June 1946.
