He was born on 14 June 1910. He was a gardener. His family includes Tsuchimatsu Uno (father) and Asano Uno (mother; nee Asano Araki). His home address is listed as 130 West 1st Avenue, Vancouver BC. He was forcibly uprooted to Slocan, BC and exiled to Japan on 17 June 1946.
