Takeuchi was born on 16 November 1915. He was a clerk employed by K. Takeuchi, 232
Main Street, Vancouver, BC. His family includes Kikuji Takeuchi (mother) and Tsunekichi
Takeuchi (father). He lived at 920 East Cordova Street, Vancouver, BC and was forcibly
uprooted to Hastings Park, where he died at the Hastings Park Hospital on 31 October
1942. His listed seized property includes: 2656 Oxford Street, Vancouver [number changed
to 2676 Oxford Street, Vancouver, BC; transferred to his father].
