His family includes Gennosuke Shiozaki (father), Masa Shiozaki (mother; nee Masa Tanaka), Masaye Shiozaki (wife; nee Masaye Matsuba), Akira Shiozaki (son) and George Shiozaki (son). He lived in Ucluelet, BC. He was forcibly uprooted to Toronto, Ontario.
