nee Kiyoka Matsumura), Katherine Miwa [also listed as Reiko Miwa] (daughter), Robert
Miwa [also listed as Kunio Miwa] (son), and Ayako Miwa (daughter). His home address
is listed as 131 West 1st Avenue, Prince Rupert, BC. He was forcibly uprooted to New
