Yoshikichi Minato
He was born on 16 September 1889. He was a logger employed by Deep Bay Logging Company,
Fanny Bay, BC. His family includes Masano Minato (wife; nee Masano Sato) and Yoshitaro
Minato (son; born on 01 September 1929). He lived in Fanny Bay, BC and Blue River,
BC. He was forcibly uprooted to Hastings Park, Vancouver, BC and Tashme, BC. His listed
seized property includes household chattels; a sewing machine and equipments; a gramophone
and records; and carpenter’s tools. He was exiled to Japan on 2 August 1946.
