Rex v. Ikeda annotated Crown Brief. S.Y. Ikeda is charged with forging an Order on
the Registrar of Titles, and claimed it was signed by Y. Kajiki. Concerns Japanese
Canadian land titles in Vancouver and mortgages. Specifically, Title No. 70872E of Lot 19 in Block 1 in the subdivision
of the North half of Block 5, District Lots 391 and 392, Municipality of South Vancouver.
