Scope and content |
Copy of depositions and Crown Brief. Rex v. Fred Yoshy (Yoshi). Charged with conspiring with Kunizo Mochizuki, Jinno, and Maruyama of Yokohama,
Japan in assisting illegal entries into Canada. Yoshy was an interpreter for the Department of Immigration of Canada. Witnesses called include E. Suzuki, Katsuzi Suzuki, Genhsichi Mayeda, and T.I. Nigawa.
