Heavily marked draft factum, probably R. L Maitland’s copy. Includes his notes on the legality of deportation. He refers to several court
cases in his notes, likely on subjects of deportation, citizenship, and "aliens."
In his notes on page six he writes, “the past emergency as existed under W.M.A has
passed away – degree which now exists is not sufficient to support orders made under
this reaction.”
