This file contains a vague letter to Vancouver Crematorium Ltd. regarding a serious incident concerning Shizuko Akazawa. “Had it not been that the Government is not actually aware of the responsible officer
or officers, and do not wish to inflict hardship on anyone else, the licence issued
to you by this office would have been suspended.” Letter was forwarded to G.S. Pearson.
