Scope and content |
Proceedings of the Conference of Regional Administrators, Field Consultants and Divisional
Heads with the Minister of Health and Welfare and the General Administration, April 16-18. Under the heading ‘Provincial home’,
on page 9 states that, “The question of the Japanese was brought up by Dr. Moscovich.
The only difference in their treatment is that cheques will still be issued from Region
IV. Otherwise, they are treated as any other B.C. citizen.”
