This is the probate record for the estate of Tsunakichi Kika. Kika, a logger, was a citizen of Haney, BC. These records indicate that his family agreed to renounce their rights to the administration of his estate. Notably, his son, Makoto Kika, “of Haney… but presently of Blue River,” was identified in the Supreme Court invoice as a prisoner in an “Enemy Camp.”
