This file contains a memorandum from the district forester concerning free use permits
for Japanese Canadian road workers to take timber from lots adjacent to Public Works
Camp #406. The file contains a map of the lots in question and correspondence regarding
the cutting of cord-wood on these lots. Also in this file is an enquiry by the Provincial
Assessor regarding the sale of the abandoned camp.
