Royston Lumber Company, was incorporated under the BC Companies Act on 25 August 1919 as a joint-stock company. The directors of the company were Kamosuke Kaminishi, George Kenroku Uchiyama, Matsutaro Iwasa, Sohachi Okita of Royston and Senichi Tomihiro of Portland, Oregon, USA. This file contains annual reports from 1920 to 1941. In October 1942, Glenn McPherson, Deputy of the Office of the Custodian, authorized P.S. Ross & Sons to liquidate the company. Winding-up began on 30 March 1950.
