This is the probate record of Arichika Ikeda who died in Vancouver on 21 June 1939. He named his wife, Kaoru Ikeda, Executrix and sole beneficiary of his will. Ikeda’s will is included in this file.
While interned in Slocan, Kaoru renounced all her right and title to the probate and estate of her late husband.
Ikeda was a miner, and among his assets was a mineral claim on Queen Charlotte Islands (Haida Gwaii).
