Scope and content
This is the probate record of Ichiro Nishimura who died in Kamloops on 18 December 1944. Nishimura died a bachelor and his estate passed to his parents who resided at McGillivray, British Columbia. Nishimura’s assets were in the hands of the Custodian of Enemy Property at the time of his death, and the Office of the Custodian was consulted for advice on the administration of his estate.
