Scope and content
This is the probate record of Matsushiro Akazawa who died in Tashme, British Columbia, 1 May 1945. This file contains Akazawa’s will which declares his daughter, Sashiko Akazawa, also residing at Tashme, Executrix of his estate and sole beneficiary of his assets. The Office of the Custodian had “no objection” of Sashiko’s appointment of Executrix given that “the assets in the hands of the Custodian [had] been liquidated.”
