Scope and content
This is the probate record of Yujiro Muraki, who died in the Slocan Community Hospital, New Denver, on 19 February 1944. His credit balance was held by the Custodian of Enemy Property, and, after reimbursement to the BC Security Commission for funeral expenses, Muraki’s estate was divided between his widow, Tome Muraki, and five children. Tome and four children resided in Lemon Creek, British Columbia, while Muraki’s eldest son, Kiyoshi Muraki, lived in Port Credit, Ontario.
