This file contains records pertaining to a court case heard before the The Supreme Court of Canada. The plaintiff, Kenneth Forrest Duncan, attempts to foreclose the mortgage of property in Duncan owned by Mantaro Nagano. Title for the land was currently vested in the Custodian of Enemy Property, who had advertised the land for sale but was unsuccessful in securing a purchaser.
