Scope and content |
The cause book is an index of cases heard by the Supreme Court under the Mortgagors and Purchasers Relief Act 1934. The two cases of interest are
Japan and Canada Trust v. Akiyama et al in 1943 and Duncan v. Nagano in 1945. Both
properties were handed over to the Custodian of Enemy Property before the cases were heard.
