Scope and content |
These notes come from the fonds of Charles Senior who was private secretary to Mackenzie during his tenure as Minister of National Defense (1935-1939) and his executive assistant
while Mackenzie was Minister of Veteran Affairs (1939-1948). Mackenzie gave this speech
to the Liberal Association Nominating Convention held in Vancouver in 1944.
