This file contains the memoirs of Captain Barney Leitch Johnson, a member of the Japanese Fishing Vessel Disposal Committee alongside Sidney Smith and Kishizo Kimura. His memoirs largely deal with his earlier career in World War I; only a few pages
discuss his work on the Japanese Fishing Vessel Disposal Committee. The file contains multiple copies of very similar texts; a handwritten notebook
present in the archival file was typed up and then edited by hand for style.
