This file contains correspondence and memorandum related with Saul Cherniack's work as a CCJC legal consul for Bird Commission claimants. This includes correspondence with other claims commission lawyers about
the terms of reference and hearing proceedings. Also includes an exchange with F.A. Brewin where Cherniack tries to understand the terms of reference and, particularly, how the Commissioner
will treat claims related to fishing gear.
