This file includes correspondence maintained by F.A. Brewin from February to March 1949. This correspondence mainly deals with Bird Commission cases. The file includes some CCJC minutes and further discussion of the Veterans' Land Act appraisals as well as the appraisals of urban properties in Vancouver.
