This series contains five files regarding the case file of Torazo Iwasaki versus the Queen. It concerns the dispossession of Iwasaki's property on Salt Spring Island. The case file is divided into seven parts, five of which have been digitized. Records
include Canadian War Orders and Regulations, handwritten notes, arguments made by
both parties, Bird Commission proceedings, exhibits, etc. Several references to the Nakashima versus the King.
