This file contains William Stephenson's report on Japanese Canadians in British Columbia as well as a small amount of correspondence from Commissioner S.T. Wood of the RCMP in response. It consists of a number of short dossiers on hundreds of members of
the Japanese Canadian community. Information is also contained regarding Albert H. Young, a lawyer that showed up during the liquidation.
