This file contains Order-in-Council PC 1943-946, dated 05 February 1943. This Order-in-Council
amended particular regulations as related to the British Columbia Security Commission and the holding of properties. It vested the Minister of Labour with the duties and responsibilities of, along with the real and personal properties
held by, the BCSC. It also held for the appointment of a Commissioner of Japanese Placements.
