This file contains Order-in-Council PC 1943-2326, dated 10 May 1943. PC 1943-2326
deals with the possibility of using people of Japanese descent who were imprisoned
during the war as sources of agricultural labour. Specifically, to "prisoners of war"
being "members, who are interned in Canada, of the Armed Forces or Mercantile Marine of any powers at war with Canada, and civilian
internees as defined in PC 36/500 of January 20, 1943."
