This file contains an assortment of documents, primarily relating to the forcible liquidation of property belonging to those of Japanese ancestry in Canada. Included are memoranda and correspondence regarding Japanese claims, protests from the University of Toronto Liberal Association against the discriminatory policies of the government against Japanese Canadians, as well as a summary document (Ref. Document 'E') for the Cabinet Committee on Japanese Problems regarding the process of forcible liquidation.
