This file contains correspondence of Ian MacKenzie, primarily with Austin C. Taylor of the British Columbia Security Commission concerning the "evacuation," the establishment of internment camps, the creation
of the Advisory Committee, and the powers of the BCSC as per Order-in-Council P.C. 1665. Also included are some documents relating to legislation
pertaining to the "protected area" (e.g., copies of P.C. 1348, 1486) and correspondence
relating to the government's custody of property.
