This file includes correspondence regarding proposed test cases on the "voluntary
repatriation" forms. These test cases are of Toyosaki Shigemitsu and Taniwa Norimichi, legally challenging the authority of the British Columbia Security Commission and the "repatriation" policy in the British Columbia Supreme Court. The file includes the Writ of Summons.
