It includes the following: reports on and lists of Japanese Canadians in Alberta and Manitoba from the Alberta and Manitoba Offices of the Department of Labour, Japanese Division, respectively; RCMP reports on the conditions among Japanese Canadians in Lethbridge and other areas of Alberta; correspondence regarding a conference in Toronto sponsored by the Japanese Canadian Committee for Democracy and the Citizenship Defense Committee in which the Ontario Provincial Federation of Japanese Canadian Clubs was formed; weekly summaries, specifically mentioning the number of cases of hospital reports, by the British Columbia Security Commission's Alberta Representative in Lethbridge; and other related documents.
