This series comprises three files containing government records pertaining to "Japanese
immigration" between 1947 and 1949, including discussion of such topics as racial
tensions and anti-Japanese sentiments in British Columbia, "repatriation" of Japanese Canadians to Japan, the re-admission of deported Japanese Canadians to Canada from Japan to Canada, and the temporary entry of Japanese businessmen into Canada.
