This file contains correspondence and memoranda relating to the repatriation of distressed
Canadian citizens abroad in the 1960s using government assistance. Also included is
a copy of P.C. 10773 which effectively revoked the Canadian citizenship status of
Japanese Canadians during their deportation in the 1940s.
