H a distance of seventy-one hundredths feet (0.71'), thence North one degree forty-five
minutes West a distance of 219.55 feet (219.55') more or less to an intersection with
the Westerly boundary of Amended Parcel G, thence southerly along the Westerly boundary
to the point of commencement.
